Baby Yourself

My insurance provider allows me to participate in a program called Baby Yourself: Prenatal Program for Wellness, which means that I get my very own obstetrician nurse that I can call anytime I'd like and ask her any kind of questions that I want (no matter how silly!).  I talked to her for a long time this morning, giving her the run down on how I'm feeling and I told her a few of the concerns I've been having.  She's so great!  She eased all my fears and she's even going to send me free gifts and some free books.  I'm very excited to have my own personal nurse.  I've actually been feeling really good the past few days.  Preston and I have made dinners together every night this week --healthy dinners-- packed with protein and veggies and I've started working out again.  This is my absolute favorite Pilates video of all time, I like it even better than all my non preggo videos.
I do 3 10 minute sections (30 mins) of video and 10 mins on my elliptical but I have to keep a close eye on my heart rate while on the elliptical machine because it doesn't take long to get my heart rate above 141.  I'm also doing some arm work with my resistance bands.  Pilates really makes my lower back feel a TON better.  I wish I had been able to keep up my workouts the first 3 months of pregnancy, now I feel like I'm just trying to do damage control.
