6 weeks..

This week has been really rough for me.  Wednesday I started to get a tingle in my throat with a stuffy nose.  Wednesday night my throat hurt so bad it felt like it was closing up on me.  I was up all night gargling salt water and then about 4 am I just threw up.  On Thursday (Thanksgiving) I felt totally awful.  I was tired, my head hurt, my back hurt, my throat was killing me and I had body aches.  It just got worse as the day went on and everyone was telling me to take this and take that but I read online not to take anything at all, at least not before seeing my doc and getting a list of approved OTC medications so I just had to suffer through it.  Friday morning I woke up feeling better so Pres and I shopped a little but after 2 hours of being out, I had to come home and take a nap.  Pres ended up going to watch the Iron Bowl with his brother and dad so I slept most the afternoon until it was time to get up for Thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family.  Now, today, I am feeling worse again.  I think it's just a cold but I've never not been able to take meds to help ease the symptoms so this is a new experience.  4 more days till my doctors appointment, thank goodness.
