Tis the season to spend money!

Preston and I have already spent a lot this Christmas!  Although, some of it was for ourselves, hehe!  We found a great deal on a crib earlier this week and we bought it! I know it’s super early to buy baby stuff but the guy selling the crib is a friend of Preston’s, it was too good of a deal to pass up and more importantly, we know that the guy and his family are clean people.  That’s my biggest issue with buying used things.  It is a great crib though and it came with the mattress.

We also bought Preston a new desk from TJMaxx for $199!  Another great deal.  He’s been looking for one for a while now and this one is the size we’ve been looking for plus it’s real wood.  We haven’t been able to find anything we’ve liked anywhere else.  Unfortunately, we don’t have the space to make Preston an office or a writing room so we are going to have to stick it in a corner somewhere for now until we are able to build a sunroom onto the house.  Maybe that can be done within the next year or so…

Otherwise, we are about done with our Christmas shopping thanks to Amazon.  Most of our gifts should be delivered today or tomorrow.  Gotta love the internet!!!!

Oh and by the way, baby Charlie Brown is 2 months now (8 weeks)!  Our first ultrasound is in 5 days WOOHOO!!  Also, I threw up for the first time today.  I don't want to say that it was morning sickness though....  I think I was just really hungry- I'm hungry ALL the time, especially in the mornings.  I'm thinking that I'm pretty lucky so far... 8 weeks and I haven't had many awful symptoms.  Let's hope it keeps up.
