Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie - yuuuum!

So I've been going to Curves now for about a month and have lost almost 10 pounds!  I'm back in the 120's and am at the same weight I was before I got pregnant (except my belly still looks flabby, hmph!)  Since I'm still breastfeeding I haven't done a "diet" at all (besides cutting out all dairy products, which I started doing for my baby girl but now I'm going to stay dairy-free) but I have been obsessed with peanut butter banana smoothies lately.  I have one every single day and I'm gonna share the recipe because it's THAT yummy!  Try one, even if you don't like bananas, I bet you will like this smoothie.

Ingredients
1 banana (to me the more brown they are the better!)
1 cup of non-dairy milk (I used vanilla almond milk but cow’s would work too)
1 1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (as soon as my peanut butter runs out I'm going to try a nut butter instead)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground flaxseed (optional, I'm not using flaxseed again just yet, but it's wonderful for your metabolism (Google it))
ice cubes
Directions:  Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until combined. Pour into glass and enjoy!  (If it's too bitter for you, try adding a bit of cinnamon.)
I'm hungry ALL the time, so this is a good snack to help me feel/stay full  :))
